Parsi New Year Celebration

Parsi New Year Celebration! The Parsi New Year, also called Navroz, marks the advent of Parsi New Year and the traditional celebration of Parsi Community in India. For the students to believe strongly in all the  communities of the country and to understand the different traditions these communities follow, the school celebrated Virtual Parsi New Year.
Students gave a description about the Parsi community dresses up, their traditional attire, how they decorate their homes with rangoli and prepare delicious food including Prawn Patio, Mori Dar, Patra Ni Macchi, Haleem, Akoori, Berry Pulao, Patra ni Machhi and more. Parsis also visit the Fire Temple (Agiary) and offer fruits, sandalwood, milk and flowers on this auspicious day.It was very enlightening experience for the students. The celebration concluded with Parsi dance & music.
